KDI Holdings and The Ascott Limited (Ascott) have officially signed a management agreement for Somerset Nha Trang at Libera Nha Trang – Phase 2. This marks an important milestone, signifying a new step forward in the strategy to develop a world-class, internationally operated destination on the Nha Trang bay.
Under the agreement, Ascott will take part in the management and operation of the Somerset Nha Trang brand at Libera Nha Trang – Phase 2. With its role in product consulting and operational structuring, Ascott’s participation will be a key factor in ensuring that Somerset Nha Trang continues to develop in a sustainable, cohesive, and distinctive direction—towards becoming a model of an international-standard, livable urban destination on the bay of Nha Trang.
During the signing ceremony, Mr. David Cumming – Regional General Manager for Vietnam, Cambodia and Myanmar at The Ascott Limited, shared:
