According to the latest updates from the developer KDI Holdings, thanks to the exceptional construction capacity of global contractor Hyundai E&C, the Libera Nha Trang integrated resort complex is progressing rapidly despite the pandemic and market fluctuations. Notably, the beachfront shophouses at the Libera Continental Shopping Plaza are expected to be completed in July 2022 and soon handed over to buyers.

In early 2021, the Libera Nha Trang complex, an integrated development of art, hospitality, and entertainment, officially debuted in the Nha Trang market. Located “where the waves meet the sand” in the heart of the city, Libera Nha Trang comprises three key components: four luxury hotel towers, the waterfront shophouse district Libera Continental Shopping Plaza, and the ultra-luxury Gran Meliá Nha Trang villas, complemented by a world-class entertainment and arts complex featuring a Beach Club and the Do Theatre.

Since its launch, Libera Nha Trang has not only generated significant buzz in the Nha Trang real estate market but has also captured the attention of savvy investors nationwide. Built upon a meticulously designed concept of an authentic Design District—an urban planning trend integrating multi-form and multi-material art found in global hotspots such as Miami Design District, Dubai Design District, and London’s Greenwich Design District—Libera Continental Shopping Plaza is set to feature 99 bespoke amenities. These amenities are inspired by the deep cultural histories of various civilizations and brought to life through diverse artistic expressions. All amenities are scheduled for completion in September 2022.

The artificial white-sand beach is also expected to be completed in September 2022, while the contemporary arts theater, Opera, is being fast-tracked for opening by year-end. This cultural landmark will introduce a vibrant new dimension to Libera Nha Trang – the city of light and arts.

Additionally, the developer has revealed details of the next phase of Libera Nha Trang, announcing the topping-out date of the luxury hotel towers on June 5, 2022. The hotel towers are planned for completion by the end of 2023.
