I. ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
– Report to Assistant MEP Manager, Assistant Mechanical Manager and Assistant Electrical Manager for
all issues related to MEP construction
– Support Assistant MEP Manager, Assistant Mechanical Manager and Assistant Electrical Manager for
his all role & responsibilities
– Check the sub-contractors and method statement on site for MEP work
– Check site progress to report the client and related department for MEP work
– Check actural progress schedule on site for MEP work
– Make a coordination with all sub-contractors involved in the project on site for MEP work
– Prepare solutions for problems that arise during the construction process for MEP work
– Make a coordination site workers for MEP work
– Prepare the corrective and preventive action are handled promptly by sub-contractor for MEP work
– Coordination work with Construction Department and Design Department to achieve good quality of work
– Conduct for the quality of work on site for MEP work
– Any issue related to MEP department
II. QUALIFICATION
– A bachelor’s degree in a university or its equivalent in an mechanical engineering or electrical engineering to internationally recognized standards
– With a minimum of five (5) years of total experience in relevant field as Contractor
– With a minimum of three (3) years of total experience in international main Contractor
– Ability in the English language shall be Excellent for both oral and written
