I. ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
– Report to Assistant Construction Manager for all issues related to construction;
– Support Assistant Construction Manager for his all role & responsibilities;
– Check the sub-contractors and method statement on site;
– Check site progress to report the client and related department;
– Check actural progress schedule on site;
– Make a coordination with all sub-contractors involved in the project on site;
– Prepare solutions for problems that arise during the construction process;
– Make a coordination site workers;
– Prepare the corrective and preventive action are handled promptly by sub-contractor;
– Coordination work with M&E Department and Design Department to achieve good quality of work;
– Conduct for the quality of work on site;
– Any issue related to Construction department.
II. QUALIFICATION
– A bachelor’s degree in a university or its equivalent in an architectural engineering to internationally recognized standards;
– With a minimum of five (5) years of total experience in relevant field as Contractor;
– With a minimum of three (3) years of total experience in international main Contractor;
– Ability in the English language shall be Excellent for both oral and written.
